Submission Information

Please download the IUCS2009 Demonstration Session Application Format (excel: 117KB), enter the required information, and send the completed format to by email.
Here is a sample application format (PDF: 101KB)for your reference.
A list of accepted demonstration is also included in the ACM proceedings.

Note

• Transportation fee of the Demo machine parts is to be paid individually.
• Space is free.
• Registration of the explanation member is indispensable (The student is free, ¥15,000/ Pre Registration, ¥20,000/On-site Registration).
• Rear Panel and the desk will be prepared by Secretariat. (The size is described to the Demo application form)
• Network can be prepared by the request.
• Exhibits carrying in: December 2, 14:00 ~19:00
• Exhibits construction: December 3, 9:00 ~12:00
  December 2, 19:00 ~ 21:00 is possible depending on a case.
• Withdrawal: December 4, 16:00.
• Carrying out : until December 4, 19:00.
• Explanation member's arrangement time:
  December 3, 14:30 ~ 15:30
  December 4, 12:30 ~ 13:00
  December 4, 15:05 ~ 16:00
• All except for above time is arbitrary for explanation member.
• Exhibits should be placed from December 3, 12:00 to December 4, 16:00.
  Guests from Miraikan will be coming to following time.
  December 3, 12:00 ~ 17:00
  December 4, 10:00 ~ 16:00
• One person of Secretariat in charge is in a hall but not in charge of observation for exhibits.
• No responsibility for damage and theft of the exhibits.
